As a new Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Pavilion at St. Luke Village, you can expect an invigorating day filled with meaningful interactions and hands-on care in our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Your shift will be from 11 PM to 7 AM, with every other weekend included, offering a unique opportunity to bond with our residents during peaceful night hours and festive weekend moments. Daily, you'll assist residents with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support, while providing excellent customer service and emotional support. Engaging with residents through activities, ensuring their comfort, and documenting their progress will be part of your routine.
