PowerBI Intern

**Description**

Leidos is seeking a PowerBI Intern to join our Defense Enclave Services (DES) Dashboarding team.

The PowerBI intern will assist in designing and developing dashboards across multiple task order teams in support of the customer mission.

In this role, you will need to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, understand prioritization, have attention to detail, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and handle multiple simultaneous tasks.

**Primary Responsibilities**

+ Work closely with Dashboarding team to contribute to design, development, and implementation of PowerBI dashboards for customer

+ Participate in requirements gathering and solutioning sessions

+ Work with UX Analyst to Design, develop, and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards that provide meaningful insights to various stakeholders.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations and reports.

+ Utilize your expertise in APIs across multiple platforms to seamlessly connect and extract data, ensuring accurate and timely data retrieval.

+ Participate in the develop of user stories, sprint planning, and test case development / execution within an agile project environment.

+ Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the availability and reliability of data sources and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.

+ Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Power BI and related technologies to continuously improve and optimize dashboard designs and functionalities.

**Basic Qualifications**

+ Pursuing degree in technical field, preferably in Computer or Data Science

+ Attention to detail

+ Experience and interest in PowerBI

+ Strong organizational skills

+ Strong problem-solving skills

+ Excellent communication both verbal and written

+ US Citizenship required

**Pay Range:**

Pay Range $46,800.00 - $84,600.00
