**Responsibilities**
As an individual contributor you will be responsible for the process of organizing people, systems, and activities to integrate and ensure seamless execution in the AI Datacenter portfolio. Due to the fast nature of these programs, design deliverables are often released early and phases, which require additional coordination and management to ensure seamless execution. This includes collaborating with stakeholders from engineering, architect firms, General Contractors and Construction Managers to ensure communication is flowing correctly, and conflicts and issues are resolved quickly. All RFIs, Submittals, Design Revison Bulletin (DRBs), Approval Request Letter (ARLs) are flowing through the system and meeting minimum Service Level Agreement (SLAs) across multiple projects. Likewise, this role will require quality control and review to ensure compliance with requirements, communication to planning and scheduling teams on progress, and support of mitigation strategies when issues arise or design changes are needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience in datacenter design, procurement, and construction, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to the satisfaction of clients. The role requires leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
+ Review project plans and manage to ensure team stays on track, providing progress updates and mitigation strategies when delays occur.
+ Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement, and construction to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.
+ Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
+ Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Develop tracking tools and dashboards to present to leadership for efficient real time updates on each.
+ Develop a regular RoB with key stakeholders to ensure we are tracking according to plan.
+ Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in Architecture, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Procurement or Construction Management.
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 6+ years of experience as a planner and/or scheduler utilizing scheduling software (P6 or MS Project)
+ 6+ years of experience in planning medium sized capital projects ($50MM - $200MM+) in construction, oil, gas or chemicals (or related process industry). This experience should specifically include engineering and procurement.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 6+ years of experience in datacenter design and construction project management.
+ Proven track record of delivering large-scale datacenter construction projects on time and to the satisfaction of clients.
+ Understanding of Project Planning, Earned Value Management and Key Commodity Tracking.
+ Familiarity with Risk Schedule Analysis
+ Ability to analyze Engineering, Procurement and Constrcution (EPC) plans/schedule and provide deep insights into trends, issues, mitigations
+ Large Complex multi-billion dollar datacenter program experience
+ Familiarity with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling methodology
+ Ability to present data from a detailed to high-level depending on audience
+ Experience with Data Center construction programs
Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
