Conduent’s Government Solutions Team supports health and social services programs across federal, state, and local governments.
As the **Iowa Member Services - Senior Manager, Delivery** , you will function as a strategic client partner and lead a team to drive contractual performance measures and operational profitability.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Managing 30+ team members to deliver Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
+ Coaching team members for continuous development
+ Managing revenue optimization and reduction of penalties
+ Delivering quality, productivity, and compliance KPI reports
+ Resolving technical, operational, and organizational problems
+ Identifying process improvement opportunities and deploying action plans
+ Managing delivery strategies and service line penetration
+ Complying with all policies, procedures, and standards
**Qualifications:**
+ Possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
+ Show four years’ experience managing call center operations in a healthcare environment
+ Have experience successfully managing a call center team
+ Show successful history of call center operations soft skills and quality management
+ Have knowledge of HIPAA rules and requirements
+ Demonstrate broad technical expertise and industry knowledge
+ Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to liaise between internal and external stakeholders

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The approximate compensation for this position is $90-100k per year.
