As a Product Portfolio Operations Planning Director in Card, you are an expert in creating cross-product synergies. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to innovate on cross product-line coordination, remove barriers to success, and create ways for teams to continuously innovate on solutions-focused products and product features.
**Job responsibilities**
+ **Drive Strategy & Prioritization Decisions**
+ Collaborate across Portfolio Quad and CCB Product ecosystem to define strategy, guide priorities, and drive execution to achieve business priorities
+ Inform priorities, review requests, make decisions, communicate updates, escalate critical issues
+ Manages and coaches a team to address overall portfolio health, risk factors, and continuous improvement opportunities
+ Leverage and adjust capacity to ensure highest value initiatives are supported
+ Build awareness of dependencies (sponsored/supported) and cross-impacts to streamline decision-making
+ Support portfolio oversight, planning, dependency visibility, logistical coordination, and escalation
+ **overseeing, Monitoring, & Optimization**
+ Implement governance / intake forum to guide decision-making
+ Provide thought-leadership to partner and help create, and drive adoption CCB PXT Planning Processes
+ Coordinate preparation activities, logistics, material development for quarterly planning sessions with key co-suppliers across product eco-system
**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
+ 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in program management or performance optimization
+ Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness and portfolio management initiatives
+ Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
