Supply Chain Planner II

**Job Description**

BAE Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to be responsible for monitoring and analyzing supply and demand for purchased items in Oracle ASCP/MRP, with the primary function of ensuring that all demands are properly satisfied in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring timely release of purchase requirements

Minimizing over-ordering or excess material

Monitoring Engineering Change activity and adjusting requirements accordingly

Validating accuracy of demand requirements and change requests

Transferring or and/or upgrading inventory between programs and sites as required

Assisting Commodity Buyers with order realignment

Coordinating with commodity teams to adjust schedule to mitigate delivery risk

Assisting in tracking & resolution of material status

Identifying opportunities for strategic aggregation of requirements

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ High School Diploma and 3 years of Supply Chain experience

+ Experience with Supply Chain value stream & material process flow

+ MS Office Suite (MS Excel Skills)

+ Experience utilizing ERP/MRP systems, specifically supply and demand management, material transactions, and purchasing functionalities

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Oracle ERP Experience

+ ASCM/APICS Certification

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $52470 - $89190

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
