Materials Management Analyst II

As a Materials Management Analyst II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing materials within our Integrated Supply Chain. You will report directly to our Materials Manager and you'll work out of our Acton, MA location.

In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability of materials to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels. You will analyze data, develop reports, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in materials management processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Sales Order/Production scheduling

+ Continue to monitor and develop MPS-Master Production Scheduling

+ Cross functional interaction with the Business on customer orders

+ Work with Supply planners to resolve material constraints and Capacity with Production

+ Resolve and escalate any production constraints

+ Use cross functional Clear to Build tool

+ Involved is a bi-weekly Clear To build cross functional meeting

+ Ensure compliance with Honeywell Operating System

+ Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental compliance

+ Provide data and analysis when required

+ Intercompany buying including placing PO and follow up

YOU MUST HAVE

• At least three (3) years of experience in materials management or planning

WE VALUE

+ Experience in manufacturing planning

+ Experience with MRP/ERP Systems/SAP

+ Ability to work independently and take direction from others

+ Established skills and experience in Materials management

+ Detailed-oriented, accuracy of his/her work is critical to factory performance, customer satisfaction

+ Priority setting, sense of urgency and timing are vital to successfully performing this role

+ 2 year degree
