**Job Description**

This position will work in all phases of the molding production floor from startup of molds, troubleshooting, set up of molds, and assist in monitoring quality.

**Qualifications**

+ Assist in development of new injection molds by performing process evaluations to assure robust manufacturing performance.

+ Participate in Mold Flow, Design and Construction reviews.

+ Create Operator Molding Standard Work Instructions, PFMEA Matrix, Document Change Checklist, etc.

+ Responsible for RJG E-Dart Hardware Setup.

+ Responsible for setup of Interface with press and auxiliary equipment.

+ Establishes and maintains injection mold processing standards for release to production manufacturing. Provides parts for testing and reports for program release to production.

+ Adheres to timing schedules, writes reports as needed, and communicates orally and in writing as required.

+ Provides support for technical, quality and customer issues.

+ Conducts Design of Experiments for optimization and improvement of production manufacturing process.

+ Reviews and critiques submitted mold vendor design proposals and assures functional mold performance and adherence to established mold construction standards.
