ManTech seeks a motivated and enthusiastic Program Analyst to support our DoD contract out of Alexandria, VA. This individual will have a strong interest in technology and special operations tactical teams
The Program Analyst will provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to the Irregular Warfare Technical Support Directorate (IWTSD). This position will be working in the area of Tactical Offensive Support (TOS) for an organization that rapidly identifies and develops capabilities to conduct irregular warfare for the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and the other Government organizations.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Support includes coordinating research and development projects, end-user requirements, providing R&D project oversight, and reviewing technical proposals.
+ Ensure successful execution and delivery of multiple research and development projectssupporting the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, Internationalpartners, and the Interagency.
+ Provide technical and operational advice and assistance related to TOS projects.
+ Develop procurement packages resulting from Broad Agency Announcements and othervendor solicitations including Statements of Work, Technical Evaluations, IndependentCost Estimates, Contract Data Requirements Lists, etc.
+ Provide end-to-end project support to the subgroup with financial, administrative,contractual, and stakeholder support. Written communication is a key element to thisposition.
+ Facilitate and manage the portfolio at a programmatic level, in close coordination with aGovernment Program Manager.
+ Support operational planning, testing, system fielding, and sustainment efforts.
+ Travel: Up to 25% (CONUS and OCONUS).
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of experience with military or other government agencies associated with Communication Systems; Specialized Access Systems; Survivability Systems; or Unconventional Warfare / Counter-Insurgency.
+ At least 5 years’ experience in Project Management, preferably with government research and development projects.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ The ability to write technical documents and communicate complex subjects to non-technical audiences.
+ Familiarity with government operational end users in Special Operations and non-DoD agencies.
+ Basic knowledge of key government contracting elements and DoD acquisition processes such as SOWs, CDRLs and source selection.
+ Ability to work within a team
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ Active Secret with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
