**The role you’ll contribute:**

The Quality Outcomes Analyst is responsible for accurately generating, improving and publishing quality measure reports, dashboards, membership rosters, utilization reports and other data upon request in PowerBi, Tableau, SQL and Excel. This is achieved by examining quality measures and attribution lists from all payor contracts as well as objectives within EMR. These measures include those associated with Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) and value-based care contracts.

+ Develops and generates reports to support the communication of star ratings, and care gaps closure for quality incentive programs.

+ Maintain high degree of accuracy while using large amounts of data from multiple sources.

+ Support and assist in building and maintaining analytical infrastructure and systems to support quality and attribution alignment within PowerBi, Tableau and Snowflake.

+ Provides timely and accurate reports that make it easy for the clinical teams to be successful.

+ Ability to learn quickly and work independently.

+ Provide support to Well 65 Governance and operations in the form of reporting, analytics, and maintaining a current knowledge of Well 65 processes and business decisions.

**Minimum qualifications** :

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**

· Associate’s Degree

· 2 years of experience data analysis

**_EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:_**

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Business, Decision & Information Science, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or other relevant discipline

• COA- 2 years of experience in healthcare data analysis
