Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 5 years of experience in program or project management.

+ Experience driving the development or implementation of supply chain systems/processes.

+ Experience working within agreement manufacturing.

Preferred qualifications:

+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

+ Certification in Six Sigma, LEAN or Total Quality Management environment.

+ Experience in telecommunications, cloud, or networking technology.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Provide project/program leadership on projects in Forward Supply Operations, Reverse Supply Operations and Geo-expansion Operations.

+ Increase efficiency and effectiveness by identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement through people, policies, processes and tools/technology.

+ Align the organization around the Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and the support team is achieving the agreed targets.

+ Build global frameworks and capabilities.
