Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 7 years of experience in Data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, Cyber security, or related fields.
+ Experience working with third-party providers, vendor, or contractor teams.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Master's degree or PhD in a related technical field.
+ Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or in a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).
+ Experience with the OSINT, Intelligence Cycle and preparing intelligence or risk analysis reports.
+ Experience with Machine Learning.
+ Ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

As an Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst on Trust and Safety's Intelligence Collection team, you will play a crucial role in connecting Google to global OSINT streams and supporting the launch of responsible AI products. You will be a key contributor in protecting users from content-related abuse. You will focus on leveraging and integrating AI into OSINT workflows. You will support critical AI initiatives, driving launches, leading model training, and incorporating AI-driven insights into scaled intelligence processes. You will manage daily OSINT operations, ensuring data accuracy and relevance. Collaborating with a global team, you will share insights with analysts, product teams, and external partners. You will transform complex data into actionable intelligence reports for executive stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations to mitigate risks. Maintaining quality assurance and managing vendor relationships, particularly concerning AI technologies, are critical.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$194,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Guide critical AI initiatives within the Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) program, driving launches, leading model training efforts, and integrating insights into scaled intelligence workflows.
+ Manage and optimize daily OSINT collection operations, including fine-tuning third-party tools, auditing collection requirements, and monitoring lead generation quality.
+ Coordinate with internal product teams and partners to share information, align collection efforts, and support data-driven decision-making, with a focus on AI-powered solutions.
+ Collaborate with a global team of OSINT analysts, sharing knowledge and supporting team initiatives. Work closely with external vendors and third-party partners, ensuring their performance, outputs, and capabilities align with program needs.
