Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a full-timeLaundry Driverfor the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa!

Responsible for insuring a timely and consistent distribution of all clean and soiled linens throughout the property.
Responsibilities
+ Pick up soiled linen and deliver clean linen to all food and beverage outlets, Spa, Fitness, Tennis, clubhouse and Lakeside.
+ Ensure clean linen is delivered to the proper linen closets by item and record deliveries.
+ Assist in loading washers and dryers to help in production levels.
+ Work chute area when needed.
+ Complete pre-shift and post-shift checklists for vehicle.
+ Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the resort.
+ Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper attire/uniform and name tag when working.
+ Attend department meetings and other required company trainings.
+ Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
+ Previous Laundry experience is preferred.
+ Must be 21 years of age or older.
+ Must possess a valid driver license and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report, defined as no more than 1 moving violation in the most recent 2 years.
+ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
+ Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, performing repetitive work.
+ Must be willing to work a variety of shifts.
+ PM availibility required.
+ Weekends and holidays may be required.
+ Extra work hours/shifts may be required to ensure that all customer needs are met daily.
Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to drive, stand for long periods of time, walk, push, pull, stoop, bend and lift items of moderate to heavy weight for an entire shift.
Working Environment:
+ Roadway with exposure to a variety of weather conditions.
+ Interior and exterior of clubhouse and hotel.
+ Interior of laundry room with daily travel around property.
+ Exposure to extreme temperatures, especially heat.
+ Exposure to hazardous chemicals.
Tools & Equipment:
+ Delivery truck
+ Washing and drying machines
+ Ironer, towel folder, sheet folder
