Summary
The Project Manager IV is responsible for overseeing large enterprise-wide programs that contain several interconnected
project work streams. The Project Manager IV will be responsible for ensuring that the smaller interconnected projects deliver
on tactics that impact the overall organizational strategy. The project manager IV will need to be well-versed in technical and
operational delivery as well as leading other project management resources
Education/ Work Experience:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business in Health Administration, Project Management or
related degree is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
Required Licensure, Certification, On-going Training:
Professional (PMP) or equivalent project/program management certification required.
Work Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience managing projects that must include:
- Minimum four (4) years’ experience implementing large, complex projects
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience working on project(s) involving project life cycle methodologies
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience managing project budgets
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing large programs with multiple project work streams
- Minimum four (4) years’ experience leading project teams.
