**What You'll Need**
+ Associate's Degree in Nursing is required
+ Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred
+ Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required
+ Five (5) years of experience as a registered nurse with previous experience as a charge nurse or similar leadership role (i.e. Charge nurse, committee chair, preceptor) is required
+ Three (3) years Emergency and/or critical care nursing is preferred
+ RN - Registered Nurse is required upon hire
+ ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support is required within 90 days of hire
+ BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
+ CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training is required within 90 days of hire
**Skills for Success**
Proactive problem-solving skills, good interpersonal, verbal, written and computer skills. Excellent prioritization skills.
**What You Will Do**
Operations/Leadership: Role models the THR Professional Practice Model and Promise Behaviors.
Bed Management: Troubleshoots issues and barriers to expedient placement of patients.
Patient Experience: Demonstrates supportive skills in supporting patients and families at the end of life
