**THE JOB:**
As a Spa Attendant, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create **WOW** moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us
**THE DAY-TO-DAY:**
+ Greet and check in guest, smiling, and hearing their stories as you offer product recommendations, service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.
+ Assist guest in changing into spa attire, using various spa amenities such as steam rooms, saunas, and hot tubs, and providing them with towels, robes, and slippers.
+ Provide a high level of service when engaging with guests, using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety and cleanliness.
