**Position Summary:**

The Senior Manager Finance Co-pilot will be responsible for Nature’s Bounty within the Holistic Health Division. This critical role supports the profitable growth of Nature’s Bounty Broadline and Optimal Solutions.

As the key finance lead and strategic business partner to the Nature’s Bounty portfolio, this role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, supply chain, and other key functions. Responsibilities include leading short and long-term business objectives, delivering key performance indicators (Organic Growth, Profit, and market share), and ensuring financial oversight of the MBP process, innovation process, forecast accuracy, and overall P&L management. Additionally, the role supports strategic projects, business integration, compliance, trade strategy, Price/Pack Architecture (PPA), and new business channels.

This position requires designing and delivering actionable analyses and recommendations to business partners and stakeholders. The Senior Manager will gather and interpret financial information, ensuring the integrity of financial analysis and communicating business results to non-finance leaders. Effective interaction, collaboration, and communication across multiple functions are essential, as is the ability to manage workload and assess risks to support timely and sound business decisions. This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey/Tri-State area, Chicago, Illinois, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and/or within the Long Island, New York areas.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Lead portfolio mix financial analysis and develop strategies to improve business performance across all P&L line items

+ Serve as the primary owner of the P&L, driving profitable growth, profit improvement, and cost efficiency

+ Lead cost savings projects in collaboration with the Business Unit and Ensure Supply teams

+ Oversee the MBP process, working with cross-functional teams to drive improvement and efficiency

+ Lead MBS activities, PFME planning, project planning, and business prioritization

+ Support PEC (period-end-close) processes, ensuring P&L integrity and performing variance analysis for future forecasting

+ Manage/Facilitate/Participate in Key processes: Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP), Operating Plans, SKU Rationalization and I2L

+ Manage execution of the profit target framework and ensure profit targets are upheld for I&R projects; educate stakeholders on process and ensure targets deliver against short-term and long-term business objectives

+ Work with cross-functional teams on new product feasibility, pricing, trade strategy, and financial impact

+ Create and analyze I2L financials for innovation and renovation projects

+ Evaluate capital proposals for innovation projects and assist with the annual capital budgeting process

+ Support finance and management teams with special projects as needed

+ Supervise, coach & develop one direct report

**Requirements:**

+ Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Finance Management/Accounting

+ Working knowledge of financial regulations and compliance including: US Generally Accepted Accounting Standards (US GAAP) or International Accounting Standards (IAS), Financial statements, including Profit & Loss, balance sheet, and cash flow, Financial concepts & principles including cash flow, NPV, IRR, ROI, Economic Profit, etc.

+ VMS/food industry experience preferred

+ CPA, CMA, CFM, CCE, or MBA preferred

+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint,Teams and SAP

+ Intermediate to advanced financial modeling skills

+ Knowledge of cost accounting and activity-based costing principles

The approximate pay range for this position is $155,000- $175,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
