**How you’ll make an impact in this role**

+ Ensure a safe and secure environment by providing security services for patients, visitors, and staff

+ Monitor and respond to security threats

+ Investigate and document securiy hazards and incidents

+ Maintain emergency prepardeness and operate a vehicle to patrol the premises

**What minimum requirements you’ll need**

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ Drivers License credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.

+ Wisconsin Concealed Weapons License (CCW) to be obtained within 90 days (3 months) of hire date or job transfer date required.

One or more of the following are preferred:

+ BLS Provider. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ Law Enforcement.

+ Management of Aggressive Behavior credentialed from the Management of Aggressive Behavior Training International, Inc.

+ Security Professional.

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

+ Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

**What additional preferences we're seeking**

Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience preferred.

Successful completion of Security Training Academy must be completed during probationary period.

Expected to work 3:00pm - 11:00pm.
