CTG is seeking to fill a Marketing Traffic Manager/Project Manager opening for our client in Buffalo, NY.

What we are looking for:
**Experienced agency traffic manager or project manager** w/ PM certification a plus to manage intake, prioritization, capacity, deadlines, team ceremonies (daily stand up meetings 2x per week, retrospectives, and weekly backlog refinement), for a high volume, multi-channel creative / internal design agency. Experience working in an agile environment, comfortable working in Jira or other PM management software and planning work quarterly and in two week increments. Preference is hybrid position (in office Tues-Thurs) in Buffalo, NY or Wilmington, DE where a majority of our team members, marketing clients reside.
**Desired skillsets** : diplomatic and consultative, strong communication and negotiation skills, can make analytical observations and recommendations for team efficiency, help to refine work before it gets to designers, remove blockers, solve problems, say no, and ensure we are meeting deadlines accordingly. May require coordination with marketing scrum masters for capacity planning.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**
Bachelors and 4 years experience managing marketing campaigns in a client or agency environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
**Overview** :
Responsible for the conceptualization, development, execution and evaluation of marketing and communication programs designed to meet business objectives of the Corporation business unit managers, while reinforcing the Bank's brand identity.
**Primary Responsibilities** :
+ Identify business unit marketing and/or communication campaign needs based upon business objectives.
+ Develop marketing/communication campaign theme and message.
+ Manage all aspects of the development and execution of each marketing and/or communication campaign project from conceptualization through execution and implementation.
+ Evaluate campaign for effectiveness in meeting business objectives.
+ Analyze results of marketing campaigns and develop recommendations based upon campaign results.
+ Contribute to the development and management of marketing campaign budgets.
+ Manage marketing project teams, ensuring marketing and communication programs adhere to schedule and meet business objectives.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
