**Apprentice – Temporary / Seasonal Opportunity**
Abbott Nutrition in Casa Grande is seeking students interested in manufacturing for our 2025 Apprenticeship Program.
The purpose of the internship is to provide meaningful professional hands-on experience to students with proven academic performance and leadership potential. Ideal candidates will combine technical and business knowledge with analytical strength and creative problem-solving abilities.

**The Opportunity**
**This position works out of our Casa Grande, Arizona location in the Abbott Nutrition division.** Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. **What You’ll Work On**
+ Rotate throughout ten (10) three-to-four-week assignments in workstations to learn basic job responsibilities, area Good Manufacturing Practices and perform tasks assigned according to Abbott Nutrition policy and procedures.
+ Communicate and report out learnings at mid-point and assignment end
+ Attend developmental course as identified
+ Meet with Technical Training mentor monthly

+ Powder (Casepacker / GMP)
+ RPB (Casepacker / GMP)
+ Microbiology Lab
+ Engineering
+ Stockroom
+ Processing
You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.
**Required Qualifications**
+ High School Senior
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Strong academic performance (GPA = 3.0/4.0)
+ Exceptionally demonstrated interpersonal skills
+ Proven leadership skills
+ Demonstrated oral and written communication skills

The base pay for this position is $15.15 – $30.25 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
