**Job Description**

The Full Stack Software Developer will work with the Lead Architect to deliver a complete software solution. The developer will help with design and then implement all levels of the solution: data layer, application code, and user interface. Working with Lead Architect on design, coding and delivering APIs and integrations with other software systems and databases.

Developers will have experience in the following:

+ Delivering the design and development of software applications

+ Programming/coding from the data layer through the application layer, through the user interface

+ Software development and maintenance tools and languages such as Java, C#/.NET, SQL, JavaScript libraries, HTML, etc.

+ Database and data management and analytics technologies, such as SQL, XML, Python, R, etc.

+ Developing and maintaining unit test scripts

+ Developing APIs and web services for integration between system and data sets

**Must have:**

+ 5 years of experience delivering the design and development of software applications

+ 3 years of experience on design and development of custom software

+ Bachelors degree

**Nice to have:**

+ Application layer programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, C++)

+ Database / Data Layer experience (e.g., SQL, unstructured data, MongoDB, Python **,** R, Elasticsearch, data management and analytics tools)

+ Front end development skills (e.g., modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js, HTML, CSS, bootstrap, etc.)

+ Experience developing, deploying, and maintaining systems on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)

+ Experience in Agile / Scrum

**Security Clearance:**

+ Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of **California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia** . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
