CTG is seeking to fill a Cybersecurity Senior Delivery Manager opening for our client in Charlotte, NC / Atlanta, GA / Raleigh, NC.

**Location:** Charlotte, NC / Atlanta, GA / Raleigh, NC

**Duration:** Ongoing contract

**Duties:**

+ Provide thought leadership and organizational design for Cybersecurity initiatives.

+ Oversee financial management, organizational planning, and coordination of Cybersecurity programs.

+ Collaborate with cyber domain managers and subject matter experts to develop program design, metrics, and execution strategies.

+ Develop business cases for budgeting, planning, and revenue/expense tracking.

+ Build and maintain relationships with business owners and technology leads to support program needs.

+ Ensure program activities are aligned for benefits realization.

+ Implement and oversee risk management plans for program initiatives.

+ Monitor and challenge the performance of systems and processes, advocating for value-driven solutions.

+ Evaluate new solutions and escalate significant issues to upper management as necessary.

+ Analyze variances to program plans and recommend action plans to mitigate risks.

+ Present dashboard reporting on performance metrics to key executives.

**Skills:**

+ In-depth knowledge of project management, change management, and strategy development.

+ Executive-level communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project).

+ Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

**Experience:**

+ Minimum of eight years of related experience in business management, consulting, or technology.

+ Demonstrated experience in Information Security and program financial management.

+ Proven leadership in implementing complex programs and projects across a matrix organization.

+ Experience in financial measurements and metrics relevant to program management.

**Education:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) and/or PMP certification preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
