**Job Description:**
This job is responsible for providing analytical support in a Global Markets Operations function for one or more operations product areas. Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving highly complex operations problems and initiatives requiring exceptional handling and coordination of multiple operational and/or product specialists to resolve. Job expectations include managing projects and the introduction of new initiatives, systems, products, services, and processes and coordinating necessary expertise across multiple operations functions and products.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Confirms loan documentation for accurate trade settlements
+ Partners with Sales Associates, Traders, Research Analysts, trading counterparties, internal and external attorneys, administrative agent banks, and various other internal operations groups
+ Manages post-trade management and logistics, settlement pricing, and closing coordination
+ Analyzes and resolves highly complex operational problems
+ Supports ad-hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives
+ Processes loans end-to-end with accurate data input into various credit and operating systems

**Line of Business Job Description:**
Data and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for driving global data strategy across the organizational functions to enable production management, improve client and employee experience, and drive innovation. Strong analytical skills, a problem solving mindset, and the ability to manage senior stakeholders is critical. Requires a thorough knowledge of the department or business units functional area or products (Global Banking and Global Markets). Assists with execution of key strategic initiatives. Participates in business/strategic planning process across sub-lines of business including management of strategic reviews by senior leadership.
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Business Intelligence** & Analytics
+ Drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base
+ Deliver at a global scale
+ Opportunities to work with senior leadership to shape the business
+ Analyze and design dashboard visualizations, metrics and reports to enable data-driven actions and decision
+ Assist in the transformation of manual report production to an automated process to reduce errors and increase efficiency
+ Design queries to perform data analytics, and data extractions across databases and sources
+ Understand information from various sources logically and holistically, as well as summarize and present complex data in an organized, concise manner
**Requirements:**
+ Minimum 3 years of extensive experience in data analytics/ visualization/ data science tools ( **SQL** , Tableau, **Alteryx** , Hadoop, Python, etc.)
+ Experience with **PowerBi**
+ Experience in Change Management/ Project Management/ Product Development / **Business Intelligence** / Business Analyst/ Technology
+ Must be collaborative/ curious/ driven/ continuous learner
+ Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions
+ Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change

+ Experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite
