**Job Description:**

This job is responsible for driving and executing on internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF). Key responsibilities include providing analytical and administrative support for LOB or ECF specific processes and tools to drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards. Job expectations include monitoring and testing controls and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes within the LOB or ECF by evaluating data to help identify, track, and report issues and control improvements for remediation.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Oversees the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Client Operational Services and ensure adherence to enterprise-wide standards

+ Supports the monitoring and testing of controls by evaluating data to identify issues and control improvements for remediation

+ Implements optimized controls and enhanced Quality Assurance (QA) practices to support business continuity efforts

+ Conducts and coordinates quality inspection reviews to enhance employee performance and control effectiveness

+ Performs QA activities including executing on controls, managing cases, and reporting results

+ Executes initiatives by identifying areas of potential testing automation, procedural updates, thematic trends, test script updates, and coaching opportunities to enhance QA program success

+ Supports the overall management of and research required for regulatory exams, internal audits, and other monitoring and inspection reviews and evaluates data and information relevant to inspection metrics to support governance activities for dashboard reporting

**Line of Business Job Description:**

Anti Money Laundering (AML) Know Your Customer/Client Due Diligence (KYC/CDD) is part of the Global Operations organization and is responsible for client AML/KYC refresh globally. The employee will work within the GB&GM AML Refresh & Enablement Ops Business Management COO team supporting the following:

(3) Openings in total, all will be involved with:

+ Management & oversight of various monthly, quarterly, and annual Enterprise and Organization specific requests (myLearning compliance, External Website validation, AIM certification completion, covered persons tracking, InfoSafe violations, Records Retention, Holiday Shrinkage, etc.).

+ Assist SLT with various requests including but not limited to developing executive summary slides, submitting Global awards, leading staff meetings and tracking down TAR items, etc.

(1) Opening: Communications Role

+ Development of annual communication strategy

+ Communication development (draft, obtain approvals, distribute)

+ Development of weekly/monthly Bus Support Communication highlighting key deadlines and required activities; GRP spend, Team Building budget spends, Staffing & Attrition

+ Implementation of Digital Engagements (monthly spotlight articles and bi-annual newsletters)

(1) Opening: Oversight of Centralized Support Tasks

+ Develop and Implement intake SharePoint site to house all incoming requests

+ Surveillance of all incoming requests, responsible for managing available rotations and assigning requests to team; oversight of deadlines to ensure timely deliverables

+ Assist with creating processes for handling requests including templates and checklists through the implementation lifecycle

+ Assist with developing Road Show materials providing leadership updates on newly implemented processes

(1) Opening: Speak Up! OpEx Management & Oversight

+ Surveillance of all incoming Speak Up! submissions

+ Prepare materials for review with SLT

+ Review & Research all ideas including preparing cost benefit analysis, determine if idea should proceed to GCAOO OpEx committee for review, clear/concise communication with submitter on status throughout the process

+ Track & monitor all submissions through funding & implementation lifecycle

**Required Skills:**

+ 3+ years experience in Business Support environment

+ Exemplary written, verbal, and presentation skills

+ Significant experience with developing written communications for Senior Executives and for an overall organization

+ Strong analytical or critical thinking skills

+ Familiar with MS Office Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook/Access)

+ Proven ability to: work in a team environment, organize work, prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously, successfully meet tight deadlines while ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and work and execute with minimal supervision and/or remote management

Desired Skills:

+ College degree (Associates or higher) or comparable work experience

+ Experience working within a highly productive team, within a fast paced environment
