As a Global Real Estate Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic management of our diverse real estate portfolio. You will work closely with the real estate team to analyze data, provide insights, and contribute to the development of real estate strategies. You will report directly to our Sr Director of Real Estate and you'll work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by providing valuable analysis and recommendations that will drive informed decision-making and optimize our real estate portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Conduct financial analysis and modeling for real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations.
+ Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the real estate market.
+ Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
+ Support the management of the real estate portfolio, including tracking key performance indicators and maintaining accurate records.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure successful execution of real estate strategies.
+ Monitor and report on the performance of real estate assets, including occupancy rates, rental income, and expenses.
+ Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
