**The Global Payment Operations (GPO) organization** delivers global wire transfers and ACH payments for internal and external bank clients and supports end-to-end payment execution and investigations for transactions initiated through various channels. The team also provides sanctions screening on transactions for multiple products, in accordance with policies established by the Global Economic Sanctions Compliance team.

**Responsibilities** : **The GPO Project Manager** provides consulting expertise to line managers on productivity issues and analyzes market and operational impact in the business brought about by specific project parameters. Project Managers will research and document organizational reviews, workflow analysis, and provide management and staff analysis. They will also define the project scope to others outside of operations that may become involved in or impacted by the project. This role requires a thorough knowledge of the operations area to be able to assess and analyze the impact of new initiatives to the team.

**_You will join a close-knit and industrious team of professionals in our GPO organization where you will be responsible for:_**

+ Acting as the primary point of contact and integration for the assigned projects

+ Driving the end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution; including requirements gathering, data mapping, project execution, integration and implementation

+ Obtaining and aligning resources to key project roles

+ Directing the work efforts of resources that may be functionally aligned as part of the project

+ Managing the project scope, timeline and budget/expenses

+ Establishing clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities across project participants

+ Leading risk management and mitigation planning readiness, change adoption, stakeholder management, and quality assurance

+ Ensuring all applicable change requirements are satisfied

**_GPO recruits highly motivated individuals who can help the firm and its clients facilitate business. Professionals in Operations come from various academic and professional backgrounds and display the following qualities and attributes:_**

+ Strong work experience with projects, production support activities and/or payment operations

+ Cross functional with strong business analysis, problem solving, quality management and organization skills

+ Skilled in translating business requirements into technical requirements

+ Ability to identify, debate and escalate risks, issues and dependencies.

+ Experience in delivery methodologies (Agile)

+ Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs – is a continuous learner

+ Drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Willing to learn and adapt to change

+ Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office

+ Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with business stakeholders and gain trust in order guide and influence them

+ Ability to understand the bigger picture and create mitigation plans and strategies for solution

+ Minimum Education Requirement **:** High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

**Desired Skills:**

+ Working knowledge of SWIFT, ISO 20022 formats, low-value and high-value clearings such as Target 2, Fed Wire, CHIPS, USACH, BACS etc. (preferably in-depth knowledge of implementing Platform that process these types of payments)

+ Experience with large scale projects/project management
