**Your Impact:**
The Product Manager will execute upon a defined Product Vision, Strategy, Roadmap, and OKRs, spearheading the development of a groundbreaking content supply chain product to revolutionize marketing campaigns.
They will create clear product specifications and user stories while leading the development of a superior marketing automation product, powered by generative AI capabilities that will shape the future of digital content creation.
This role involves driving innovation, executing content strategies, leading initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making a significant impact in the technology space.
**What you will do:**
Assist with onboarding new marketing channels into the execution of the marketing automation process, supporting change management and product adoption.
Act as a liaison with Engineering and UX teams, ensuring the product is launch-ready, and partner with Lead Product Managers to execute the strategic vision of the product.
Build OKRs for product scope to support the product portfolio and organizational OKRs, driving alignment with business partners, and own the customer/user journey for specific product/feature levels.
Make decisions impacting user experience on feature usability with engineering, define and measure customer success metrics to ensure the product scope supports overall product OKRs, and articulate how product features relate to the product vision.
Lead agile ceremonies, provide clarity of expectations to the team, align workstreams to achieve product value, and prioritize the delivery, support, and execution of high-quality products.
Work with other product managers and business leaders to understand trade-offs and feature prioritization based on the overall product vision, influence feature design trade-offs, and provide input for engineering priorities.
Participate in product marketing to drive a deep understanding of the product, drive product plans for defined product spaces, and leverage data to help drive alignment.
Define objectives and data required for analytics, establish key metrics, monitor the health of the product and business impact, and partner with engineering teams to build tracking/monitoring systems.
**Required Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
2 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing
1 year of experience in product and/or experience management
Experience in an agile software environment with strong writing ability
Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization
Experience working closely with senior leadership
Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Educational Background: Master's degree in business administration or a similar advanced degree.
Agile Methodology Expertise: Knowledge of Agile methodology, Jira, and Confluence.
Certified Scrum Product Owner: Certification in Scrum Product Ownership.

Pay Range: $75,300.00 - $143,100.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
