Regional Senior Human Resources Partnerr - Corporate Functions

As a Senior Human Resources Partner here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to business leaders and employees within our Corporate (CORP) Supply Chain and Procurement functions. You will play a critical role in driving talent management initiatives, employee engagement, performance management, and talent acquisition support. Your expertise in HR will contribute to the growth and success of Honeywell's workforce, ensuring that the organization has the right people in the right roles to achieve business objectives. You will report directly to our HR Director and you'll work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success and sustainability of Honeywell by strategically partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

+ Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

+ Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent assessments.

+ Collaborate with HR partners to design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

+ Support organizational development initiatives, including change management, succession planning, and workforce planning.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering.

+ Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
