**The Opportunity**
This position works out of our **Chicago : Willis Tower Building 233 S Wacker Dr.** location in the **Nutrition Division**
We are seeking a Demand Analytics and Insights Manager to join the ANI HQ Demand and S&OP team to support all analytical analysis and reporting and visualization requirements of the department, inclusive of reviewing and enhancing the current portfolio of reports and analysis.
**What You’ll Work On**
+ Conduct in-depth analysis of demand trends to identify risk and opportunities, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance forecast accuracy.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key metrics and data sources for dashboards.
+ Build, design and maintain customized dashboards using Microsoft Power Bi. Publish in a timely manner monthly and quarterly reports linked to the S&OP and RLBE calendar.
+ Support reporting and visualization tools that can be adopted by different teams as HQ FP&A, Central Marketing, Areas and Affiliates, both Finance (FP&A and Demand Forecasting) and Commercial.
+ Develop visualizations and reports that effectively communicate insights from the data (demand trends, forecast changes, variances to benchmarks and other KPIs).
+ Integrate data from various sources and ensure the accuracy of the data.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the dashboard as needed.
+ Test and validate the dashboard to ensure it meets user requirements.
+ Provide training and support to end-users on how to use and interpret the dashboard.
+ Manage projects linked to reporting and tools’ development, ensure adherence to deadlines and update stakeholders on progress.
+ Collaborate with IT in documenting any projects’ requirements related to reporting, monitor progress.
+ Data Governance: Implement data governance practices to maintain data quality, consistency, and accuracy. Collaborate with stakeholders to define data standards and policies. Maintain relationships with different cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data mapping and conduct periodic data audits to guarantee data integrity and information is up-to-date.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
+ Strong experience building customized dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
+ Proficiency with DAX, SQL, and other data manipulation languages welcome.
+ Strong Excel capabilities and Database management tools.
+ Experience with Alteryx or other ETL tools a plus.
+ Knowledge of VBA, Power Query and Power BI Zebra
+ Experience integrating data from various sources and ensuring data accuracy.
+ Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong business acumen with the ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into actionable and visually compelling dashboards and data visualizations that drive decision-making.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work on time
+ Ability to work independently and in an international team environment (across multiple time-zones and cultures)
+ Excellent time management skills

The base pay for this position is $85,300.00 – $170,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
