We Are:

Accenture’s Infrastructure Engineering professionals partner with our clients to advise, create, and deploy end-to-end infrastructure transformation solutions, enabling business innovation. These solutions are the backbone of driving IT-enabled differentiation. IE professionals are grounded in New-IT with an expertise in one or more of our core practice areas: Workplace and Collaboration, Network Technology, Service Management, Hybrid Cloud, Public Cloud, and traditional Data Center.

You Are:

As a Technology Transformation Specialist you will lead technology transformation programs, providing our clients with the experience and expertise they need to plan, govern, manage, and execute on complex cross-discipline efforts. The role will require technical acumen across multiple core business and technology areas, ability to organize and lead large teams, and strong executive communication skills.

The Work:

+ Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients for technology transformation programs, engage in strategic conversations with senior stakeholders to identify business drivers for transformation programs

+ Own delivery relationships with client stakeholders responsible for planning and delivery of transformation programs

+ Provide ongoing “check and challenge” of program technical direction, dependencies, issues, and risks. Develop and communicate observations with stakeholders to guide evolution of transformation activities

+ Collaborate to develop program governance structures, operating models, meeting and reporting cadences

+ Support development of program business cases and processes for tracking execution of transformation against that business case

+ Mentor a high performing team of technical experts and program

+ Identify and develop opportunities to expand technology consulting engagements, building from transformation program

+ Support the sales team in client proposals and RFP responses

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need:

+ Minimum 10 years of experience in technology infrastructure transformation projects

+ Minimum of 5 years deep understanding of data center infrastructure and operations (compute, network, storage, resiliency)

+ Minimum of 5 years understanding of public and private cloud platforms and operations

+ Proven record in managing large-scale technology transformation programs

+ Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate strategy, status, risks and issues to a broad stakeholder audience including C-level management, business stakeholders, application and infrastructure leads

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 6 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 12 years work experience)

Bonus Points If:

+ Experience synthesizing large volumes of complex data along with the ability to develop executive presentations, dashboards, meeting minutes and lead technical and non-technical stakeholder meetings

+ Extensive experience in advisory roles, working with senior business and IT stakeholders

+ You have external client-facing consulting experience

+ You have team lead experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
