A Transformational Change Sr Manager playing a critical role in driving strategic change initiatives across our global organization. This position requires a forward-thinking leader with a strong background in change management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, ensuring alignment between transformation efforts and our organizational goals.
The Work:
+ Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the enterprise transformation strategy. Identify key priorities and initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
+ Change Management: Implement and manage change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions. Develop communication plans, training programs, and resources to support stakeholders through transformation initiatives.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to gather insights, address concerns, and promote buy-in for transformation efforts. Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration.
+ Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and impact of transformation initiatives. Analyze data and feedback to assess effectiveness and make informed adjustments.
+ Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of specific transformation projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
+ Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency. Encourage feedback and best practice sharing across the organization.
+ Training and Development: Support the development of training materials and resources to build change management capabilities across the organization. Mentor and guide team members in transformation methodologies.
Here’s what you’ll need:
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in change management, transformation leadership, or organizational development within a large global organization.
Bonus points if:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
+ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
+ Proven experience in leading change initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships.
+ Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s Model).
+ Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
+ Relevant certifications in change management, project management (e.g., PMP), or organizational development are advantageous.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
