Seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join the Corporate Operations team. This candidate will support the Functional Cost Manager in understanding financial results, identifying trends, and driving strategic decisions and process improvements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting financial analysis, and participating in monthly and quarterly financial reviews with key stakeholders. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally.

**Job Description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Support the Functional Cost Manager in understanding financial results and collecting information from different functional owners to identify trends and actionable insights to drive strategic decisions and process improvements. Participate in monthly/quarterly reviews of operations & financials with key stakeholders.

+ Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required to support business needs. This includes spearheading FP&A initiatives such as the Finance Data Lake subledger threading to improve data accessibility and integration.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure accurate financial reporting.

+ Drive the utilization of standard tools/processes and support automation of monthly / quarterly reporting, forecasting and planning sessions.

+ Extract and summarize open purchase orders (PO) on a monthly basis, presenting key findings and updates to the team for improved tracking against budget/forecast.

+ Collect and consolidate required manual journal entries, such as prepaids, accruals & intercompany billing transactions. Work with the Controllership team to ensure the accuracy and timely recording of financial data.

+ Manage Hyperion loading for budget and forecast cycles, ensuring accurate integration of data for financial planning.

+ Oversee and manage workforce planning tool loading for headcount, checking for accurate data entry and C&B outputs.

+ Opportunity to be the finance focal for smaller sub-functions, allowing for visibility and growth as a strategic partner to operational partners

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college in finance or accounting

+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial planning, modeling, data analysis and reporting.

+ Previous experience with financial systems (FDS preferred) and analysis tools including Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

The base pay range for this position is $95,500-$120,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on March 7th.
