A thought leader or expert with a passion for driving transformation in the Resources/Chemicals & Natural Insurance (emphasis Metals) and beyond. You excel at combining visionary thinking with practical execution, influencing senior executives, and shaping the future of Resources/CNR. With a deep understanding of the industry's complexities, you are skilled at creating and implementing innovative strategies that address growth and globalization of resources companies. You inspire teams, clients, and stakeholders with your expertise and ability to deliver impactful results.

The Work:

+ Shape the strategic direction of resources/CNR (metals) clients by designing and executing transformative programs, optimization and operational excellence.

+ Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and senior leadership, delivering insights that drive critical decision-making and business success.

+ Develop and lead high-value client engagements, ensuring exceptional delivery across multidisciplinary teams of consultants and industry experts.

+ Innovate and expand Accenture’s capabilities by identifying new market opportunities, leveraging emerging technologies, and creating go-to-market strategies.

+ Lead thought leadership initiatives, including publishing industry perspectives, delivering keynote speeches, and fostering client and market engagement.

+ Build and nurture strong client relationships, positioning Accenture as a key partner in the evolving resources landscape.

+ Drive knowledge-sharing and capability-building within Accenture, ensuring the team is equipped with cutting-edge skills and expertise.

+ Ability to travel up to 80%.

Here’s What You Need:

+ A minimum of 10 years of experience in the resources industry, with a strong focus on chemicals and natural resources with strong emphasis in metals.

+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, focusing on resources/CNR clients and delivering strong partnership.

+ A minimum of 5 years of experience advising senior executives, including C-suite leaders, on strategic and operational challenges in the resources/CNR/metals sector specifically.

+ A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in systems integration or large-scale technology implementations in the resources/CNR industry.

+ A bachelor's degree.

Bonus Points If:

+ You hold an MBA or equivalent advanced degree, enhancing your ability to link business strategy with operational execution.

+ You have expertise in digital transformation technologies, such as advanced analytics, cloud computing, or automation, applied to upstream operations.

+ You are recognized as an industry thought leader, with a track record of publishing articles, presenting at conferences, or participating in industry panels.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
