AWM Business Resiliency - Crisis Management

Join our global Asset & Wealth Management Business Resiliency (AWM BR) team that plays a critical role in maintaining our business' resiliency. Partner with Firmwide Business Resiliency (FBR) and key stakeholders to enhance our resiliency strategy through Resiliency Management, Crisis Response and Strategic Initiatives. Drive impactful initiatives, collaborate with global leaders, and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.

As an AWM Business Resiliency Incident & Crisis Management, Vice President, you will oversee the incident management program, feedback to enhance testing/simulation capabilities, manage disruption events and work on high-impact strategic initiatives with senior leadership visibility.

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Oversee daily incident management, including command center coverage, status calls and business communications

+ Support crisis management efforts, including after-action reviews, any follow-ups and opportunities for improvement. Coordinate follow-the-sun crisis coverage model

+ Support high-impact strategic initiatives to drive innovation within the team (e.g., AI/LLM)

+ Maintain standards, procedures, job aids, and other documentation needs

+ Develop presentations, prepare reports and metrics, support governance needs

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**

+ Minimum 5 years' experience in business resiliency, crisis/incident management or related field

+ Problem solving, project management skills and a strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach

+ Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)

+ Strong presentation skills and ability to step into leadership role when needed

+ Ability to conduct threat assessments, hazard identification, and risk mitigation

+ Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with competing priorities

+ As real-life disruptions can occur at any time, we require some flexibility in work hours, as needed
