Business Banking-Marketing Strategy Lead

The Business Banking Digital Shopping and Customer Journey team is responsible for delivering key digital experiences on chase.com/business. The team focuses on driving meaningful improvements to digital channel strategy and capabilities, product shopping, education and news content, SEO and owned media to deliver a first-class customer experience.

As a Vice President/ Digital Marketing Strategy Lead in Business Banking, you will lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement Public channel experiences that drive business growth in acquisition, inspire customer loyalty, enable deepening, and enhance our digital presence.

**Job Responsibilities:**

• Enhance the Chase for Business homepage experience through optimization of navigation and design to increase engagement, streamline customer journeys and increase overall digital channel effectiveness.

• Develop and implement compelling product shopping experiences that align with brand standards, effectively engage users and meet account growth objectives.

• Partner with Data and Analytics to define performance analysis requirements, monitor key metrics for web and mobile and transform those into ongoing reporting that highlights key insights, trends and actionable opportunities for improvement.

• Lead our A/B testing roadmap by identifying and prioritizing opportunities for testing, providing recommendations for enhancements based on insights gained, and maintaining detailed documentation of test plans, methodologies and results for future reference and knowledge share.

• Partner with Product and Digital Channels stakeholders to lead our public channel roadmap through prioritization of requests that require development support.

• Implement SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic.

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:**

• 8+ years' experience in digital marketing.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, content management systems, SEO, and A/B testing.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in using digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Digital Channels, and Data and Analytics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:**

• Advanced degree or certifications preferred.

• Proven experience in digital marketing strategy, preferably within the financial services industry and/or targeting small business owners.

**Please note, we are back in the office in a hybrid model (3 days a week) we will not consider 100% remote or other locations if not listed on this requisition
