This is a temporary position.

The FLEX Senior Director, Growth Projects - Integration, is a key member of the Growth and Delivery team, managing the integration, analysis and assessment of plans and strategies across multiple projects. The Senior Director will coordinate, plan, problem solve, and implement all requirements to achieve integration and business results of the various growth opportunities underway.

Success in this role requires strong critical thinking skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder interactions. Specifically, the Sr. Director will

+ Serve as the principal day-to-day point of contact and thought leader for all things related to integration, and establishing the overall integration process design, mechanics and protocols to be followed by all participants and executives.

+ Accelerate the process by helping the executive staff manage the pace and momentum of the integration, and pushing for timely decisions on key issues and providing true accountability for action items and deadlines.

+ Architect success by continuously providing focus and direction to advise on what matters most, and searching for and highlighting best practices or potential disconnects that could destroy value or create risk.

+ Drive the change by being involved in the subject matter of major issues so that this role helps manage the “white space” and dependencies by identifying issues, and then coordinating and communicating resolutions to all involved.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience Required

+ 4-year undergraduate degree from an accredited university and 8+ years’ experience in strategy development, consulting, and/or development roles with direct, hands-on experience in M&A Integration planning, execution and risk

OR

+ 10+ years of relevant professional experience in related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance

**Skill and Experience Preferred**

+ Solid track record of advancing business direction and strategies

+ Demonstrated ability to deliver results under difficult conditions, particularly when faced with complexity and ambiguity

+ MBA or equivalent preferred

+ Ability to collaborate with cross functional partners

+ Ability to develop project plans and independently manage project execution

+ Adept at communicating across all levels of the organization, from C-level executives to operating team members

+ High energy, positive attitude and motivated

+ Significant transaction and integration experience with SME's preferably in the software or professional services sectors and preferably in a PE backed environment an advantage

**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**

**Managing Growth Opportunities**

+ Plan and conduct the Integration Team Kickoff Meeting so that all functional integration leaders understand their roles and responsibilities during the transition period

+ Assist with the launch of functional integration teams so they understand their charters and are organized for success

+ Brief the acquired management team and employees so that they understand the integration process and how it will impact them

+ Escalate issues requiring senior-level input so they are resolved quickly and effectively

+ Manage the interdependencies between functions so activities are prioritized and sequenced correctly

+ Evaluate the risks associated with an integration and mitigate them to the most reasonable extent possible

+ Ensure exit criteria are met

+ Document any handoffs to business line leaders at the end of the transition period

+ Capture lessons learned and recommendations for future acquisitions

**Delivering on the Needs of Key Stakeholders**

+ Develop and execute Day 1 plan so the integration starts smoothly which includes but is not limited to:

+ Integration progress tracking and reporting process for all functional integration leaders to follow

+ Integration plan for each business function (i.e., Sales, Operations, Information Technology, Purchasing, HR, Tax, Finance, Legal, etc.)

+ Communication plan for all relevant stakeholders (i.e., employees customers, suppliers, vendors, partners, recruits, communities, etc.) ...

**Providing Technical Support and Consultation**

+ Provides technical expertise and technical leadership within own and other teams.

+ Provides recommendations to improve the effectiveness of processes and programs.

+ Demonstrates advanced knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.

+ Demonstrates advanced knowledge of function-specific procedures.

+ Applies knowledge/judgment to achieve business goals.

+ Foresees, identifies and resolves problems.

+ Keeps up-to-date technically and applies new knowledge to job.

+ Performs other reasonable duties as required for this position.

The pay range for this position is $61.10 - $85.10

FLEX employees will accrue .03334 hours of paid leave for every hour worked and be eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
