Lead Software Engineer

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Manage and lead Software Engineering team responsible for review of business requirements and enhancement of firms in house HCM application product suites. Design architectural patterns and efficient solutions for Payroll application. Integrate with third party vendors and internal systems to support HCM suite of applications. Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure effective execution of projects and initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners. Recruit experienced talent to augment current staff. Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. Participate directly in annual performance reviews

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any field), Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Package Specialist- Oracle Cloud HCM, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Engineering (any field), Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Package Specialist-Oracle Cloud HCM, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Agile; SDLC; Hybrid SDLC; Application Architecture Disciplines; Data Architecture Disciplines; SaaS; SQL; XML; REST; SOAP; Oracle; Performance Testing; System Integration Testing; Unit Testing; Human Capital Management (HCM) Suite of Applications; Software as a Service; System Integration; HCM Extracts; HCM US Payroll; Fast Formula; and Extensions.

Job Location: 1111 Polaris Parkway, Columbus, OH 43240. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
