As a Product Manager in Growth Strategy, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

We are seeking an exceptional Vice President to lead our growth efforts and make it easy for kids to build their financial independence - from a savings account to Chase First Banking to High School Checking and eventually to their first adult account. This leader will be responsible for driving a growth strategy across field and marketing channels to increase the number of kids and families benefitting from Chase's robust solutions. As the Vice President of Growth Strategy on the Youth & Family Banking team, you will be the general manager with accountability leading a new inflection point in growth for our family banking products and driving current business performance - 1 of 3 priorities for the Youth & Family business.

**Job responsibilities:**

+ Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers

+ Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap

+ Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition

+ Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

+ Deeply understand parent and kid money needs and habits - with particular attention to life moments that drive the need for Chase's solutions

+ Develop a business strategy to fuel the next generation of Chase customers by empowering kids, and their parents, to learn money basics and adopt behaviors to start their financial journey

+ Identify opportunities and conduct research (design, customer, market, competitor) to understand and address customer needs and develop key insights to inform strategy

+ Partner with marketing on acquisition initiatives to grow our youth customer base and on the implementation of engagement strategies to drive increased usage

+ Develop field execution, seasonal graduation campaigns, and training & communications plans to empower branch-based bankers (in partnership with One Chase and Field partners)

+ Lead customer-first and influence across functions, including Product Development, Marketing, Field/National Sales, Ops/Customer Support, Risk, Compliance

+ Partner with Analytics and Finance on measurement and executive reporting on progress toward our OKRs and priorities

**Required qualifications, skills and capabilities;**

+ 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area of business / marketing / product ownership, strategy or consulting

+ Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

+ Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

+ Experience, financial services experience with a focus on digital and/or retail banking AND/OR educational or childhood development product experience

+ Strong business acumen and an analytical mind that can operationalize the strategy effectively

+ End-to-end problem solving (defining problems, structuring and building quantitative / qualitative analysis, etc.)

+ Outstanding communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

+ Track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional levels of success

+ Strong collaboration skills in a highly matrixed organization environment

+ Bachelor's degree, advanced degree or equivalent work experiences
