**Description**

In this role as the successful candidate, you will be crafting web applications that are a critical part of the ML development ecosystem at Apple, which forms a key part of many product-focused machine learning projects across Apple. Your primary focus areas will be building tools that can benchmark, track, document and analyze ML models developed at Apple. You will creatively design and implement new interfaces for studying failure cases for machine learning projects. You may also be called upon to assist with high-profile demonstration apps to show off new technologies. The role requires someone who has significant experience crafting and implementing complex web interfaces. We are looking for someone who is fluent in Python and Javascript (VueJS). You enjoy variety, and are passionate about working on new things on a frequent basis. You love working in projects involving several teams, and driving solutions that take multiple partners into account. You might be a machine learning industry veteran, or simply a stellar engineer wanting to expand your horizons and learn more about the nitty gritty of how machine learning projects get off the ground from inception to release.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Fluent in Python (Django preferred), Javascript (VueJS preferred), HTML, and CSS (SCSS preferred)

+ iOS developers with significant web interface development experience

+ Comfort working in a process-oriented environment and experience with code reviews, SCM, git and issue tracking tools

+ Experience with machine learning fundamentals

+ Good interpersonal skills and have had success in projects involving multiple teams

+ At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700 and $256,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
