**Description**

As part of a diverse team, you will design and build robotic automation solutions to test Apple products, ensuring their outstanding quality before they reach customers!

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and run robotic system testing solutions as the owner of one or more technology areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the most effective and impactful ways to test and solve short and long-term problems
- Analyze data and results, and report the impact of all system issues found, advocating for the customer and contributing to the highest quality at all levels of the product

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

+ 2+ years of creating and using robotics and/or mechatronic systems (e.g. microcontrollers, sensors, actuators) to build automated solutions.

+ Proficient in Python

+ Experience with computer vision (openCV and/or ML-based CV)

+ Experience with applied mathematics (e.g. linear algebra, transformation matrices, kinematics)

+ Ability to work in teams and collaborate.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Master’s in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

+ Demonstrated ability to be responsible for a complete functional area of an application or product

+ Ability to analyze issues and develop effective tactical solutions and scalable processes

+ Meticulous attention to detail and skilled at balancing multiple projects in parallel without impacting the quality of deliverables

+ Experience designing and working with electronic circuits, and troubleshooting electronic signals for mechatronic applications

+ Experience with CAD tools

+ Experience with machine learning

+ In-depth understanding of iOS

**Pay & Benefits**

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
