Senior Media Production

**Job Description:**

**Overall Purpose:** To create engaging live and recorded content that conveys and promotes overall corporate messaging using digital content creation tools. Consults with partners and leads the production team through all stages of creation and execution from conceptualization through archive including writing, producing, video and audio editing, and publishing. Creates the logistical, aesthetic, and creative approach to assigned projects. Drives the creative vision in alignment with the vision of partners and broader organizational messaging.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities:** Conceptualizes, writes, produces, and edits live and recorded content across a variety of organizational messaging campaigns. Directs a wide variety of live video events for streaming across the enterprise. Leads all members of the production team in all phases of the creation and distribution of all media, video, photo, audio, and editing productions. Works collaboratively with graphic designers, audio mixers, control room staff, studio staff, broadcast engineers, partners, and other stakeholders. Must have a demonstrably high level of artistic creativity and knowledge in graphic design, motion graphics, and animation using tools such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, and other creative design applications.

Executes file content searches and procures proper licensing of all content. Manages on-premise media asset management system and workflow. Possesses hands-on experience with other video production-related roles. Coordinates with business partners, executive leadership, vendors, and relevant stakeholders in the execution of events aligning with corporate messaging.

**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in TV/Film production or related field, and/or specialized training in editing preferred. Will consider professional experience in lieu of a degree.

**Experience:** Extensive experience in broadcast, cable, corporate video, ad agency, or related relevant experience. experience. Fluency with Adobe Premiere and related visual design software applications. Must provide a demo reel exhibiting relevant production skills.

**Salary Range:**

$87,200.00 - $130,800.00
