ADM is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to support our supply chain team in a variety of functions and in its’ various ERP systems ( SAGE/Oracle/M3/IBM). This position reports directly into the North America Supply Chain Manager to drive supply chain initiatives in order to bring value to the company. Starting from the forecasted unconstrained demand of the market, this role leads, defines, and helps implements the best supply strategies, best tactical plans, and best supply execution processes to maximize our response to the demand as directed by the Supply Chain Manager. This role is expected to work and coordinate with all functional departments to achieve results for the division.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, but not limited to:**

+ Provide clerical support for management team

+ Creating and delivering ad hoc and routine reports as requested from ERP systems

+ Building and supporting other team members' usage of their reports. Maintaining database integrity.

+ Responsible for building and maintaining all external and internal report needs.

+ Develop, repair and update existing and new reports from databases to extract and collect data.

+ Provide support to functional teams or management by collecting and analyzing data and reporting results

+ Support reconciliation of physical to perpetual inventory as needed

+ Support receiving of goods and entry of receipts and purchase orders into ERP

+ Support and facilitate the purchasing of products as needed

+ Maintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and payments

+ Drive supply chain metric improvement in OTIF, Aging Inventory, SLOB, and DIO

+ Develop purchasing and inventory plans to ensure orders can be fulfilled.

+ Monitoring inventory levels and determining purchase needs

+ Preparing and processing purchase orders with proper confirmations

+ Other duties as outlined and assigned by management team.

+ Manage finished goods and raw material inventory levels that support company KPIs at the most efficient levels while still providing target customer service levels relative to OTIF

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:**

+ 5+ years of experience as a supply chain analyst.

+ Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university in business or human resources. (Equivalent experience may be substituted for education at the hiring manager’s discretion.)

+ Background in ERP software preferred but not required

+ Strong background in inventory management and how to improve

+ Background or understanding of purchasing and materials requirements.

**Computer/Technical:**

+ Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook

+ Experience with ERP systems

+ Proficiency in CRM and inventory management software programs

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
