KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Industry Marketing-Private Enterprise to join our Growth and Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with cross-functional sector marketing leads to implement and refine the sector's brand, thought leadership, sponsorship, internal community building, and events strategies; ensure alignment with KPMG's overall marketing goals and objectives

+ Assist in the creation and execution of the sector's thought leadership strategy, maintaining high quality standards; distribute content through a variety of channels, including digital platforms, social media, video, webinars, and blogs; engage with industry associations and trade shows to amplify reach and impact

+ Utilize KPMG Engage to gather and analyze data-driven insights, developing and executing targeted, customized buyer journeys; measure and report regularly on campaign performance and engagement, providing detailed reports and dashboards to the Sector Marketing Lead and Private Enterprise leadership

+ Foster a collaborative environment within the Growth and Strategy organization by actively participating in internal collaboration calls; support sector leads in practice building initiatives, sharing relevant launches, content, and best practices across geographic, priority, and functional marketing teams

+ Consistently report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of industry marketing efforts, including campaign performance, media awareness, and lead generation

+ Maintain and continuously improve internal communication strategies; manage thought leadership repositories, pipeline information, industry market analyses, and benchmarks; develop and distribute go-to-market materials that are clear, concise, and actionable

Qualifications:

+ Minimum three years of recent experience in project management and/or marketing; preference for candidates with experience in marketing for or to private and/or family-owned companies

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

+ Strategic thinker with a strong focus on digital marketing; expertise in email marketing, social media, content creation, storytelling, digital media, and both paid and organic search strategies

+ Experience with sales and marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Introhive, Aprimo, and Demandbase is preferred

+ Self-motivated and results-oriented professional with a proven track record of completing projects within scope, budget, and timeline

+ Exceptional written and oral communication skills; ability to make informed decisions based on detailed information, comfortable with ambiguity, and adapt to changes with flexibility

+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
