The Work:
+ Lead large-scale transformation initiatives for nuclear and power generation clients, driving business innovation and operational excellence.
+ Serve as the primary client interface, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and plant leadership teams.
+ Develop and execute strategies to address complex challenges in the nuclear industry, such as compliance, asset reliability, and work management optimization.
+ Oversee the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions, including system implementation, data analytics, and advanced technologies like AI and predictive maintenance.
+ Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of processes, technology, and organizational change management.
+ Guide regulatory compliance strategies, leveraging deep expertise in NRC, INPO, and other industry standards.
+ Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and expanding Accenture's presence in the nuclear/power generation market.
+ Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture and contributing to Accenture’s thought leadership in the industry.
+ Partner with global delivery teams to ensure timely, cost-effective solutions that exceed client expectations.
Note: We are open to hiring in most major cities across the US that are near to an Accenture Corporate Office.
Here’s what you need:
+ At least 7 years of experience in the power generation industry, with a strong focus on nuclear power or power plant operations
+ At least 5 years of consulting experience leading complex client engagements and delivering measurable outcomes.
+ Proven expertise in nuclear work management, including work planning, scheduling, maintenance processes, and outage management.
+ Deep knowledge of nuclear asset management, equipment reliability, and configuration control.
+ A demonstrated track record of leading large-scale transformation projects, including operational optimization, digital enablement, and process redesign.
+ Strong familiarity with regulatory compliance in the nuclear industry, including NRC, INPO, or equivalent standards.
+ Advanced knowledge of emerging technologies in the nuclear sector, such as AI, predictive maintenance tools, digital twins, or advanced analytics.
+ Proficiency in leveraging data and performance metrics to drive business improvements and decision-making.
+ At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
+ The ability to travel up to 50%.
Bonus Points if you have:
+ Experience leading multi-disciplinary global teams to deliver results on time and within budget.
+ A proven ability to drive new business development, including client relationship management, proposal creation, and sales targets.
+ Certifications or advanced education, such as an MBA, PMP, Six Sigma, or industry-specific credentials.
+ Demonstrated success working creatively and analytically to solve complex challenges in the nuclear/power industry.
+ Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral), and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to C-suite executives.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
