You will leverage your expertise in data, AI, and reinventing customer experiences to shape end-to-end digital transformations, unlocking the potential of Google technologies and driving top-line growth for our clients and our business.

Responsibilities

+ Utilize your deep expertise in digital and industry knowledge to assist clients in unlocking the potential of their data and reimagining their customer experiences and modernization journey with Google.

+ Shape digital transformation strategies and roadmaps for clients by identifying challenges, defining value propositions for security, data, AI, cloud migration, and modernization, aligning them with client growth strategies and business objectives.

+ Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams of data and AI consultants, industry experts, architects, engineers, and delivery managers to design and deliver end-to-end digital transformation roadmaps meeting client needs and expectations.

+ Develop client growth strategies and roadmaps with data and AI readiness as the core differentiator, tailored to industry needs and business requirements, aligning with industry trends and best practices.

+ Provide thought leadership and guidance on data and AI topics, cloud migration, and modernization, staying abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the domain.

Skills:

Strong business acumen with an understanding of value creation and competitive advantage across various industries, coupled with C-level client relationship building experience.

+ Proven track record in leading or contributing to large-scale, complex digital transformations aligned with client growth strategies and objectives.

+ Expertise in digital transformation consulting encompassing data and AI, application modernization, cloud migration, security, and digital innovation.

+ Passion for innovation, learning, and problem-solving with cutting-edge technologies, capable of identifying trends and creating new business opportunities.

+ Background in solution architecture and crafting complex, multi-year digital transformation roadmaps leveraging data and AI as enablers.

+ Collaboration and agility mindset with the ability to work effectively in diverse, cross-functional teams.

+ Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders and driving change.

+ Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and professional integrity.

About the Role

As part of the Accenture Google Business Group (AGBG) Integrated Platform Team, you will focus on selling and delivering strategic cloud plays across our key clients in North America. These plays include Modernization and Data and AI, and you will become an expert in these areas, shaping end-to-end digital transformations to drive top-line growth for clients and our business.

The IPT Leads will become experts on the following strategic cloud plays:

+ Reimage Customer Experience - Google CCAIP

+ Marketing Analytics - Customer Data Architecture

+ Modern Security Operations with Mandiant and Chronicle

+ Data Modernization - Application, Data, Infra, Operations

+ Apigee

What you will do

Work with the GenAI team and other subject matter experts to develop and deliver compelling value propositions, proposals, and presentations for the Data and AI plays.

+ Identify and qualify opportunities in the NA market, leveraging your existing network and building new relationships with key decision makers and influencers.

+ Collaborate with account teams, industry teams, and solution architects to create and execute account strategies and shape solutioning roadmaps.

+ Support the delivery of strategic consulting and road mapping engagements for the Data and AI plays, providing thought leadership and tailoring to industry trends, use cases and needs.

+ Stay abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and developments in the Data and AI domain, and share your knowledge and expertise with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

+ Willingness to travel up to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.

+ Minimum of 8 years of practitioner experience in strategic industry consulting with a focus on digital innovation.

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in data and AI consulting, sales, or delivery roles.

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Google Cloud technologies, preferably including CCAIP (Vertex, Agent Assist, Looker, Insights, BigQuery).

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
