**Position Description:** **RN**
**BayCare Health System** is currently seeking a **Registered Nurse** to join our outstanding and compassionate **PACU** team at **Mease Dunedin Hospital** .
**The RN responsibilities include:**
+ Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
+ Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
+ Professional accountability and development.
+ Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care assistance and supervision to a child.

+ BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
+ RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
+ ACLS Certification is required
+ Nurse Specialty certification is preferred **Education:**
+ Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required
+ Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred **Experience:** · 1 year of RN experience in acute care or 6 months RN experience in acute care with prior LPN experience and completed competency assessment is required. · 1 year of RN experience in PACU, critical care and/or emergency is preferred **Specific Skills:**
+ Interpersonal skills
+ Critical thinking skills
+ Clinical skills appropriate to position
