**Job Description**
BAE Systems is seeking an experienced program finance analyst to join the Controls & Avionics Solutions (CAS) business area. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate forecasts and program financial analysis for all programs within the assigned program area.
This role is intended to be performed in a hybrid format, with the individual splitting their time between our office in Endicott, NY, and remotely.
Responsibilities include:
+ Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements both internally and externally
+ Reporting & presenting financials to management
+ Serving as a full business partner to the cross functional program team
+ Working with the contracts function for funding, billings, and other contractual items
+ Developing and monitoring program risks and opportunities
+ Developing financial forecasts (QBRs and IBPs) and analyzing estimates at completion (EACs)
+ Program review support including financial summaries and CSRs
+ Significant program team contributor. Coordinating team meetings and reviews.
+ Ensure compliance to internal controls while seeking out opportunities for continuous improvement.
+ Proposal support as needed
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ A bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
+ 4 years of professional, relevant work experience is required. (2 years of experience and a Master's degree would be considered, alternatively)
+ Prior experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
+ Prior experience with Oracle and Hyperion is required.
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Experience in program finance and/or other finance functional disciplines
+ Must be able to lead teams to help improve business processes
+ Be self-motivated with a bias for action, process/results oriented
+ Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Controls environment
+ Have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written
+ Be able to prioritize and self-manage a multitasked workload in a fast-paced environment
+ Understanding and knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies
+ Make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
+ Hyperion, Smartview, Oracle, Coupa, KTA proficient
+ Advanced Excel & PowerPoint
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $73778 - $125422
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
