ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop established sales/procurement territories

• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement

• Track results & trends regularly for business forecasting

• Document & report activities and performance

• Develop & execute innovative sales/procurement strategies

• Develop & grow partnerships with potential & existing clients

• Conduct waste/recycling audits to determine client needs and offer solutions

• Resolve customer inquiries and/or complaints

• Set follow-up appointments to address client needs and latest developments

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required

• Experience in sales, customer service, and/or other related fields

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of recycled plastics and polymers

• Strong negotiation skills

• Ability to build rapport with clients

• Deadline & detail-oriented

• Proficient with Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)

• Self-motivation

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Position requires daily travel throughout designated territory. Validated mileage will be reimbursed on a

monthly basis
