Quality Engineer

**Job Description**

BAE Systems is seeking a Quality Engineer to support operations in Fort Walton Beach, FL.

You will be responsible for:

+ Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality evaluation and control systems and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials product.

+ Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.

+ Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment, and conducts quality assurance tests.

+ Familiar with Work Order Review, Purchase Order Quality Requirements.

+ May be certified in lean and six-sigma quality methodologies and utilize quality tools to help drive continuous improvement.

+ Proficient in Problem solving and Root Cause Analysis

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years quality engineering experience in aerospace, machine parts, and assemblies or equivalent experience (10 years).

+ Familiar with AS9100, AS9102

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ CMM Programming and Operating

+ Aerospace electronics

Full-Time Salary Range: $75510 - $128340
