In this role, you will:

+ Support the Investment Strategists and Fiduciary Specialists in the development and delivery of advice, client acquisition and relationship management

+ Provide services to clients by preparing client presentations, investment reviews and prospect information

+ Research and resolve moderate to highly complex account issues

+ Fulfill Investment Fiduciary Services transactions, investment trades, distributions and compliance documentation

+ Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development

+ Review risk management reports

+ Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements

+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

+ Interact with internal and external customers **Required Qualifications:**

+ 4+ years of administrative or sales support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:**

+ 2+ years of oil, gas and mineral industry experience

+ A BS/BA degree or higher

+ Knowledge and understanding of estate, trust, or fiduciary administration

+ Experience with wealth management and asset management

+ Experience working with trusts and estates

+ Experience with oil, gas and mineral management

+ Registered Professional Landman (AAPL) or Certified Mineral Manager (NARO) or Certified Division Order Analyst (CDOA)

+ Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills

+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

+ Sound judgment, problem solving, and risk assessment in the application of analytical conclusions

+ Proven ability to build and maintain relationships and work effectively in a team environment

+ Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment

+ High attention to detail and accuracy

+ Experience in a client facing environment

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

+ Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment

+ Customer service experience

+ Relationship management and asset management (and/or property management) experience in an environment serving private, high net worth clients (not institutional).

Work schedule Monday-Friday 8-5 CST, 3 days in office, 2 days remote
